This Northwest Austin community offers access to the pool, tennis courts, playground area, hike/bike trail, and last but not least it ties into the highly acclaimed Round Rock Independent School District. Residents of Hunters Chase send their children to Pond Springs Elementary or Live Oak Elementary. Kids later go onto Deer Park Middle School and then into McNeil High School. All of these schools are national blue ribbon schools. If your child's education is of great importance, you'll feel confident sending them to one of these schools. McNeil High School offers an Advanced Placement course work for its students so they can gain college credit that will transfer to the University.
Hunters Chase is located in North West Austin off Pond Springs Road. Only 1 mile off Research Blvd. It's also located near the new Toll Road SH-45 and 183-A. You can get quick access to Mopac from any of the main highways. You can get almost anywhere including the airport in less than 30 minutes!
A majority of the homes in this Northwest Austin neighborhood were built in 1983 through 1986. In the 1990's a builder began to expand Hunters Chase and there are now newer homes available for sale in that were built between 1993 and 1999.
