A unique new program that allows buyers who have less than perfect credit, or who do not have down payment or closing funds to enter into a lease to own program.

TSAHC Program - Grant

         * Income limit requirements:  
- $61,440  - Home Sweet Texas
                        - $88,320 - Texas Hero Program

         * Eligible Area: State of Texas
         * Borrower requirements:
                         - Low to moderate income (Home Sweet Texas)
                         - Firefighters, Police, Teachers, Correctional Officers, Veterans

Travis County HFC Program
          * 5% down payment assistance option
          * FHA/VA/USDA
          * No first time home buyer requirements
          * Home buyer education required for first time buyers
          * 1-4 Units, condominiums and town homes

                         - $107,520 - FHA/VA
                         - $ 87,250 USDA
          * No purchase price limit
          * Eligible areas - Travis County only


TDHCA Program - Silent Second Lien

City of Austin Program: Forgivable Loan Program
            * Down Payment Assistance Options:
                      DPA - up to $14,999; forgiven after 5 years
                      Shared Equity - up to $40,000; forgiven after 10 years

            * 1-4 units, condominiums and town homes
            * Income limit requirements: $43,050 to $61,450
            * Purchase price limit:  $216,000
            * Eligible are: City of Austin Full Purpose Jurisdiction

            * Up to $2000 per year in tax credit
